The Ball Grid Array Inspection System above was recently discontinued from the METCAL division of OK International's Product line.

Integrated Endoscopy has been the exclusive manufacturer the video and optical portion of this system.

IE is developing an improved replacement product with a new state of the art camera, light source, software and mechanical motion.
